What exactly is a "Reduced Fee Plan" ? |
| |

This
is where a member will pay a monthly or annual fee
and receive significant savings from our network
of Dentists. Members receive a "reduced
fee" for Dental services compared to
non-members. Once signed up, a member can visit any of the
24,000 dentists (in all specialties) and receive treatment at a reduced fee, which
can range from 20% to 60% off dentists' regular fees.

Is the MyDentalClub.com plan considered insurance? |

No.
The plan we provide is a discount plan or reduced fee
plan. It is not insurance. When you visit a participating provider, you will receive discounted fees as listed in the
Schedule of Services.

What are the limitations of the CAREINGTON plan? |

The only limits of the
CAREINGTON dental plan are that you must go to a
CAREINGTON provider on the list. The CAREINGTON providers are carefully screened, credentialed, and selected in order to secure that you are given a choice of some of the finest dentists in your area.
Everyone wants good quality dental care at an affordable price.

How many times a year can I have my teeth cleaned? |

My dentist isn't currently on the Provider Panel. What can I do? |

Have
your dentist call CAREINGTON
at 1-800-290-0523 and ask a member service
representative about our referral program.
While we do not guarantee that a provider will join our
plan, we have found that when a potential provider
initiates the process then the chances of success is much
greater. Please
be aware that the credentialing and qualifying period can
take time, sometimes as long as six months, depending on
the speed of response from the dentist. (Top)

Can
this plan coordinate with other insurance
companies? |

Yes,
CAREINGTON can coordinate with other indemnity dental insurance companies. In order to receive services from
CAREINGTON, you must see one of our Providers. After paying the reduced fee, you will need to file a claim form with your other insurance.
